  This is a timing problem between calling DSNB1GET and deleting
  the OMPE module. ABEND0C4 happened when DSNINXTP(UQ88555)+682
  called DSNB1GET. But Reg15 was pointing address 1242DEE0 instead
  of DSNB1GET at 17A4EE40.
