¢â” ¦Note: We update our information centers monthly. The following Version 7.0 modifications will be available in the January, 2013 update to the Information Centers. To access the latest on-line documentation, go to the product library page at http://www.ibm.com/software/webservers/appserv/library and select the version and product that is appropriate for your WebSphere Application Server environment. The following Version 7.0 issues will be addressed: ---------------- ID: PM78505 Problem: The information center does not document the custom property "loggingDisable" for the HTTP Channel in the channel chains. This custom property should be documented to provide details to the customers with information on how to disable properly the unwanted logging in the chain. Resolution: Topic ¢â‚¬ “HTTP transport channel custom propertie is updated to include the following description of the loggingDisable property: loggingDisable Use this custom property to disable NCSA, FRCA, and error logging on the specified chain. Data type Boolean Default False This update will also be made to the same topic to the V8.0 and V8.5 Information Centers. ----------------- ID: 742684 Problem: When you are specifying multiple domains for implementing single sign-on for web user authentications, there is the possibility that you can specify cross domains for the single sign-on. Cross-domain SSO is not supported. Resolution: The Purpose table entry for a Domain value type of Multiple domain names and UseDomainFromURL, that is included in the Values to configure the Domain name field table, in the topic ¢â‚¬ “Implementing single sign-on to minimize web user authentications ¢â‚¬ ½, is updated to include the following not Attention: Cross-domain SSO is not supported. For example, chicago.xxx.com and cleveland.yyy.com where the DNS domains are different. This update will also be made to the same topic in the V8.0 and V8.5 Information Centers. -------------
