    DDEFPDS DD to the IIUSOUT data set rather than the IIUIOUT
    data set.

      Explanation: This error line is placed in the data set
      description block of the IMS Index Builder report, below
      the DSN line to denote IDCAMS processing failure which could
      be:
      - Data set allocation failed, DSN in the above line is
        missing
      - DEL/DEF failed if any
      - Data set not defined in catalog
      - Data set not empty and not reusable
      - Data set LRECL less than DBD LRECL
      System Action: Processing stops
      User Response: List IDCAMS for data set and correct error.
    | If the IDCAMS delete/define statements are coded in a member
    | of the DDEFPDS data set, the statement might fail.
    | See the IDCAMS messages in the IIUSOUT data set.
