Error description
The Link provided by L3 is for "ICO on Cloud", whereas the link the customer is referring is the ICO 2.4 (not on cloud). . When we review the latest available ICO 2.4.0.2: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS4KMC_2.4.0.2/com .ibm.sco .doc_2.4/pc/pct_manage_cat_vi.html?lang=en . We do see the similar text as the ICOoC topic and the information in the ICO 2402 (and as well the ICOoC) link does not contain the full/correct information that was needed by the customer to solve this issue. Compare the customer steps against the ICO 2402 link and you will see some gaps that need to be corrected. . Also in general the steps/notes on that page are very hard to read and the data should be reorganized more clearly; perhaps a new topic created for the thick provisioning. . Therefore this DOC APAR should get opened to reflect the correct steps to provision the extra disk as 'thick' type.
