APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Two decision services can share projects in a  branch. So e.g.
  there is decision service D1 and D2, both use rule project PR.
  When creating a branch named TEMP for both decision services
  and then deleting it for one decision service, the dependent
  project PR would also be deleted in the other decision service
  branch.
  So deleting branch TEMP for D1 would also delete PR for branch
  TEMP of D2.
  

Local fix

• Use Enterprise Console Project > Edit  Project dependencies to
  remove the dependency before removing the branch.
