Error description

• When using Decision Engine, in some cases, the ARL code
  generation fails when using the construct 'number of ... where'
  in the action part of a rule.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Compilation of 'number of..where' in action part is failing in
  Decision Engine.
  The rule is failing to generate the ARL view and an exported
  archive.
  It seems to be caused by the compiler trying to generate an
  'update' for the implicit variable of the 'where' in the action
  part. We need to fix that.
