IPR Driver is modified so that it will behave as follows: If DBRCAUTHCMD=YES is specified in HPSIN, Reorganization Manager issues the CHANGE.DB READON or the CHANGE.DB NOAUTH command automatically at the beginning of the reorganization and before the name swapping process.
