Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempts to create the EAR for SBC leads to the error Failed to start service jboss.deployment.subunit."smcfs. ear"."sbc.war" in IBM Sterling Order Management.
Symptom
The following error is seen during creation of EAR:

Cause
This was a cache issue from Jboss
Diagnosing The Problem
The issue may occur after installing a newer fixpack. If you are getting the same error trance in logs that means its related to Jboss cache.
Resolving The Problem
Steps to resolve:
- Clear the jboss cache prior to installing fixpack.
- Install the higher fixpack.
- Build the EAR.
