Problem
Attempts to cancel order does not cancel Header charges and Header taxes in IBM Sterling Order Managment.
Symptom
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a order is created with a header charge and a header tax from the console.
- Now cancel this order (from COM, console or the API tester using changeOrder)
Expected Behavior :
On order cancellation , the header charge and header tax should be cancelled.
Actual Behavior :
The order is cancelled but the header charge and header tax still remain on the order.
Cause
The financial rules are not configured correctly.
Resolving The Problem
To cancel header charges and taxes on order cancellation , uncheck the flag Invoice Open Header Charges/Taxes On Invoice Complete under Financial rules.
