Question & Answer
Question
Is there a way to apply non-working time such as vacation days or sick time to a person's calendar or shift?
Answer
Yes. In order to account for non-working time for example when a person is going to be on vacation or our of the office for sick time, you can use the "Modify Person Availability" option from the "Select Action" menu on the Person record.
You can either set a number of days of or a single day. In this case the person will be out for a single day.....
Select a reason code. In this case the reason will be for a vacation day.....
Clicking OK will apply the non-work time to the person's record.
