How do you set default language for IBM Rational Rhapsody integrated with IBM Rational Team Concert?
Answer
In rhapsody.ini file (or in application executable target), default language can be set for Rhapsody integrated with Rational Team concert.
Note: By default rhapsody.ini file is located under the Rhapsody installation directory.
