What locations are referred by IBM Web call center to fetch the images and display in product list and product details screen?
Cause
You want to configure item images for different screens in Web call center.
Answer
- The image which appears on the list page in Call-Centre comes from /Item/PrimaryInformation/ImageLocation & /Item/PrimaryInformation/ImageID.
- The product detail image in Call-Centre is fetched from the Item Assets and the image type should be Item Image1.
