Troubleshooting
Problem
The online help for previous releases include release notes (readme files) for IBM Rational DOORS version 9.3 and version 9.4 and Rational DOORS Web Access version 1.4 and 1.5. These release notes list system requirements and compatible products. In some cases, this information is out of date.
Cause
This issue was identified as a product defect and logged internally as defect 8254.
Resolving The Problem
For current information, refer to the System Requirements and Software Product Compatibility Reports:
- System Requirements for Rational DOORS
- Select products Rational DOORS version 9.3 and 9.4 and Rational DOORS Web Access version 1.4 and 1.5 at the Software Product Compatibility Reports web site.
