How do you add a custom DXL to the existing DXL library of Layout columns in IBM Rational DOORS?
Cause
You would want to know this information for DOORS client Administration and Customization purposes
Answer
PROCEDURE:
- Add the following lines to the start of your DXL file
// <Name of the DXL as would be seen in the DXL library>
/*
<Description>
*/
- Place the file under the location: '<DOORS_Home>\lib\dxl\layout'
- Restart DOORS client session.
Note: The DXL will be available in the layout DXL library for your DOORS client only.
