MustGather documents aid in problem determination and save time resolving Problem Management Records (PMRs).

Resolving The Problem

Please enable the following trace specification on the Deployment Manager:

*=info:com.ibm.ws.xd.admin.checkpoint.*=all:com.ibm.ws.management.repository.*=all:com.ibm.websphere.management.repository.*=all:com.ibm.ws.console.repositorycheckpoint.*=all

Please send the following doc:

  • SystemOut.log
  • SystemErr.log
  • ffdc
  • trace.log files

Submitting information to IBM Support
After a PMR is open, you can submit diagnostic MustGather data to IBM.
