How do you enable Cut/Copy/Paste menu options for Internal Block Diagram In IBM Rational Rhapsody?
Cause
You encounter disabled Cut\Copy\Paste menu options in an Internal Block Diagram while working with SysML Projects in Rational Rhapsody.
Answer
The ability to drag and drop / copy/cut & paste a Structure digram / IBD is determined according to General::Graphics::StructureDiagramContext property.
Value:
Default - enabled,
ClassOwner - disabled.
Note: In SysML, the InternalBlockDiagram (a new term on StructureDiagram) has ClassOwner as the default value for this property.
You can temporarily change the property value to Default, make the copy and then reset (Un-override) the property value.
