How do you create a custom property in the user interface in IBM Rational Rhapsody?
Cause
You want to easily create properties without editing the property files manually.
Answer
In Rational Rhapsody 8.0.6 you need edit a session option and restart the product to make available the New button for the properties section of the features window as follows:
- Start a text editor of your choice
- Add the following to the rhaposdy.ini file:
[General]
ShowPropertiesButtonFromPropertiesPage=TRUE
- Save the rhaposdy.ini file
- Restart Rational Rhapsody
