Error description
A configuration option is added, that allows to configure the number of QDIO input buffers (default 8). Use macro QDIOBUFF (newly shippled with this apar) in skeleton SKOSACFG. Allows to improve the performance in a Linux on System z and z/VSE Hipersocket environment, when the number of queues is unbalanced.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: HiperSockets and OSA Express (CHPID OSD) * * users. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Allow configuration of QDIO Input * * buffers. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: To configure the input queue buffers, you * * may use SKOSACFG from UK82628 (PM67930). * **************************************************************** Number of QDIO input queue buffers can be configured as a multiple of 8 in the range from 8 to 120. Default is 8. Note: Up to z/VSE Version 5.1 we need 1MB of 31-bit partition getvis space per link (for 8 input queue buffers). For each additional input queue buffer, we need 64K (OSA-Express) and up to 64K (HiperSockets - depending on your IOCDS definition) additional 31-bit partition getvis space. So if you increases the count of input queue buffers, you may also have to increase the partition getvis space. Since the input queue buffers are PFIXed, you also have to increase the above value of the JCL SETPFIX LIMIT statement in your TCP/IP startup job accordingly.
