Troubleshooting
Problem
Running a report in CSV format and saving it in a file system gives : CNC-GEN-2107 An unexpected error has occured. The message is: Java heap space RSV-DST-0014 unable to deliver output of the report
Cause
Java heap size is to small
Resolving The Problem
Increase the "Max Memory for Tomcat in MB" parameter since 10.2.1 version ("Max Memory in MB" for previous ones) in Cognos Configuration.
