Troubleshooting
Problem
When launching IBM ECM FileNet P8 FileNet Enterprise Manager (FEM) or IBM ECM FileNet P8 Administrative Console for Content Engine (ACCE), an error occurs and the user cannot login.
Symptom
The following errors appear in the application server logs:

The Content Engine System Health page appears as follows (Note: There is no reference to the GCD Database):
Cause
The jdbc data source connections to the GCD database are either corrupted or incorrectly configured.
Resolving The Problem
- Delete the JDBC connections to the GCD database in the application server.
- Rerun the FileNet Configuration Manager and run the Configure GCD JDBC Data Sources.
