Question
Starting from version 9.2, IBM Installation Manager is used to install IBM Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Suite application. Is there any way to uninstall the application using the same tool?
Cause
IBM Installation Manager does not provide Uninstall option. Uninstallation needs to be done manually.
Answer
These steps need to be followed
1. Remove or rename the current installation directory.
2. Delete SDPShared directory created by IBM Installation Manager during SSFS 9.2 installation.
3. Under IBM Installation Manager installation directory, modify installRegistry.xml and installed.xml by deleting entries for IBM Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Suite.
