Disabling db cache for yfs_item.

Troubleshooting

Problem

How to disable db cache for yfs_item

Resolving The Problem

1. Set dbclassCache.YFS_ITEM.enabled=false under customer_overrides.properties using the format- PROPERTY_FILE_NAME_PREFIX.PROPERTY_NAME=PROPERTY_VALUE.

Note: Due to format mentioned user needs to adds dbclassCache in the beginning because it tells from which property file the property is. (dbclassCache.properties file can be found under
<install_dir>/properties/).

2. Save and close the customer_overrides.properties file.

3. Stop your Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Foundation server.

4. Rebuild the EAR, following the instructions for your application server type, as described in the Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Foundation: Installation Guide.

5. Restart your Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Foundation server and check the results db cache entries would not come for yfs_item.
