Problem
Attempts to navigate to a link (hovering) from IBM Rational DOORS Web Access results in the error "Invalid URL specified"
Symptom
The full error message is as follows:
"Invalid URL: 'version' element must be present in query part of URL"

Cause
While installing/configuring DOORS Web Access, the dcn (dbadmin) command may not have been executed correctly.
Resolving The Problem
Procedure:
- Navigate to the machine where DOORS Web Access (DWA) is installed
- Stop the broker, interoperation and the DWA server services
- Ensure DOORS redirector service is configured correctly
- Navigate to the machine where DOORS database server is installed
- Navigate to <DOORS database server installation directory)/<version>/bin folder
- Execute the dbadmin command again to configure the database server correctly so that there is no communication issues between DOORS and DOORS Web Access
- Restart the DOORS database service
