[Japanese] IBM RFE Community で IBM Security 製品の機能拡張の要望 (Request for Enhancement: RFE) を登録する方法について教えてください。

IBM Security 製品の機能拡張の要望 (Request for Enhancement: RFE) は、IBM developerWorks の提供する IBM RFE Community 内の、Security Systems RFE Community で登録できます。

RFEの作成方法

* 注意: RFE コミュニティーは、RFE 専用のコミュニティーです。製品は仕様通りに動作しているものの、機能拡張および変更、もしくは新規機能の追加を要望したいという場合にのみ使用してください。製品のトラブルシューティングや障害の提出にはご利用になれません。

1. Security Systems RFE Community　ページで、 [Submit] タブをクリックします。

2. この時点で、developerWorks にログインしていない場合、developerWorks sign in のページが表示されます。お持ちの IBM ID と Password でログインします。IBM ID と Password をお持ちでない場合、[Need an IBM ID?] をクリックすることで、その場で登録が行えます。

　　

注:　ユーザーの名前は、First name/Last name ではなく　Display name　にて developerWorks 上に公開されます。従い、Display name　にはメール･アドレスなどの個人情報は使用しないでください。

3. Submit a request for enhancement (RFE)　ページで、必要事項を記入します。すべて英文にて記入する必要があります。

　　Submitter: お客様の Display name
　　Company:　御社名　（この項目は IBM 社外には開示されません）
　　Headline:　要望のタイトル
　　Submitter's ranking of priority:　お客様から見た要望の重要度　（[Priority definitions]　をクリックすると、各重要度ランクの説明が確認できます）　
　　Product:　要望対象の弊社製品名
　　Component:　要望対象のコンポーネント名
　　Operating system:　要望対象の弊社製品がインストールされているオペレーティング･システム種類

　　PMR ID:　テクニカル･サポート･センターへご相談いただいた際の PMR 番号

　　Description: 　要望の具体的な内容
　　Use Case:　要望事項が使用される際のユースケース
　　Business justification:　本要望事項が現在製品に存在しないことによる、お客様ビジネスへの影響。何故、IBM がこのご要望を実現すべきなのかについての説明など。お客様ビジネスへの影響に関しては、具体的な工数（man-hour）や影響を受けるユーザー数など、数値を使用してご説明いただくことをお勧めします。（この項目は IBM 社外には開示されません）　

　　Attachments: 添付ファイルがあれば、[Attach a new file] をクリックしてアップロードします。
　　Visibility　を指定できます。
　　

4. すべての記入が完了したら、[Submit] を押して、登録します。

5. RFE ID　が発行されます。

6. ポータルにて作成された RFE は、各製品担当マネージャーがレビューします。 RFE コミュニティーのシステム内に、ステイタスのアップデートが表示されます。

7. 自分が提出した RFE は、Security Systems RFE Community　ページの、[My stuff] タブ > [My Request] をクリックすることで、リスト表示されます。

提出済み RFE の検索方法

[Search] タブから、属性、RFE ID もしくは RATLC 番号、さらに自分が過去に保存した検索（My Searches) を使用して、他のお客様からの RFE を含むすべての RFE を検索する事ができます。登録したい内容と同じ RFE が既に存在する場合、新しく要望を登録することなくその RFE に Vote する ([Request actions] > [vote] ) ことで、その要望にさらに重みをつけることができます。

RFE コミュニティーの利点

RFE コミュニティー･ポータルをご利用になることで、以下のような利点があります:

問題管理レコード (PMR) を作成せずに、RFE を提出することができます。
提出した RFE の進捗状況をお客様が直接、確認できます。
他のお客様によって作成された RFE の閲覧、コメント、および回避策の提案が出来ます。もちろん、お客様ご自身の RFE への他のお客様からのコメントを閲覧することも可能です。

RFE ステータス

RFE には、それぞれの進捗状況に応じたステータスが表示されます。これらステータスの説明は、以下をご覧下さい:
