How do you utilize IBM Rational Rhapsody to record and playback videos?
Cause
You would like to record the video of a defective behavior for detailed analysis
Answer
The default extension for a video recording created using Rational Rhapsody is fbr
To create a video, apply the steps below:
- Click on Help > Generate Support Request
- Select Add Video Capture button
- Click on the Red Circle button which appears on the top of the screen to start recording
- You will be prompted to save the recording with a name and recording starts
- Once you are done with recording, click on the Black Square button to stop
To playback a video, apply the steps below:
- Click on Help > Generate Support Request
- Click on Add Files button
- Browse to the location of the fbr file and Select it
- Double Click on the File path name which gets populated in the Attachment Information pane to play the video
