Can I add a requirement link in an IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) work item as Implements Requirement instead of creating it from IBM Rational DOORS?

Answer

Yes, if you have configured DOORS in the Friends (Outbound) section of the RTC configuration and setup your DOORS module as a possible association in the Project Area configuration in RTC, you can do this from the links tab on a work item.
