There are only few flags on accessing Rational Rhapsody Gateway from the command line:
rg [-l eng|jpn] [-exec "otscript_code"] [-execfile otscript_file.br]
rg [-l eng|jpn] -batch [-logfile logfile.log] [-exec "otscript_code"][-execfile otscript_file.br]
You can provide a few additional options to the command line for settings like:
Config=$TOOL\config,<other_configdir>
Then the command looks like this:
rg [-l eng|jpn] "Config=$TOOL\config,<other_configdir>"
