Error description

• QUERY VIRTUAL LINKS command issued from a member in an SSI
  cluster could cause the system to hang.

  QUERY VIRTUAL LINKS command in a z/VM SSI cluster could cause
  the system to hang.  The code has existed this way since z/VM
  6.2 and it is not likely to happen, but can occur in rare cases
  when ISFC links are experiencing problems.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code in HCPQVC has been changed to release the RDEVLOCK
  prior to communicating with the SSI cluster to gather link
  information.
