• AIHCSAMP SAMPLIB MEMBER IHCXCVTY DOES NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED
  //PSBLIB DD STATEMENT when doing CONVERT function.
  This required statement will also be added to the User's Guide
  in the next scheduled release of the manual.

  AIHCSAMP member IHCXCVTY does not have the required //PSBLIB DD
  statement when doing CONVERT function.
  In addition, several problems are being addressed by this APAR.
  - REORGIND with DROP parameter can cause ABENDS0C1.
  - HALDBCOPY can fail an allocation for the temporary RECON.
  - CONVERT under ISPF user interface can fail INIT.PART.
  - Backup partition utility under ISPF user interface can fail
    with DFS301A message.
  

Problem conclusion

• AIHCSAMP member IHCXCVTY has been changed to have //PSBLIB DD
  statement.
  The following members have been changed to fix the several
  problems:
  - IHCPCON3, IHCWDBRC, IHCWDSN1, IHCWIXR0, IHCWMI20, and IHCXALLO

  added as follows:

      7. Edit the following parameters that are required in
         the JCL for online conversion:
  
       IMSACB
         IMSACB describes the ACB library that is used by
         IMS Online Reorganization Facility during the
         Takeover phase. This data set must reside on a
         direct access storage device.
         If you use dynamic allocation for IMSACBA and IMSACBB
         for the online system, these DD statements must be
         provided in the JCL.
         For more information about IMSACB, see the IMS Online
         reorganization Facility User's Guide.
  
       PSBLIB
         PSBLIB describes the PSB library to rebuild all PSBs
         in the ACB library that reference the DBD to be
         converted.
         This parameter is required.
