PI98588: MESSAGE ALAA440E CAN OCCUR WHEN USING ONLY MISCELLANEOUS TYPE FILTERS AND FULL ROW IMAGES ARE REPORTED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An ALAA440E message which is accompanied by a U=55 ABEND in 1
  Phase mode can occur when the following circumstances are all
  present:
   .
   1. Only miscellaneous type filters are used.
   2. Only full row images are being reported.
   3. Log backward processing is being used.
   4. Hi-Speed processing is not utilized.
  

Local fix

• Use Hi-Speed processing or process in Log Forward mode.
