PI94178: SUPPRESSION OF LEADING ZEROS IN THE DELIMITED LOADFILE

Error description

• When generating a delimited load file, decimal numbers are being
  padded with leading zeros. This causes a larger than necessary
  delimited load file when there are many records being generated
  that have decimal columns. This enhancement will strip the
  leading zeros from decimal values resulting in a smaller load
  file and requiring less storage.
