Unable to get services to start once the ../conf directory is added to the Control Center root directory

Symptom

Installing Control Center, unable to get services to start once the ../conf directory is added to the Control Center root directory.

Error Message

In the ccengine log:

Resolving The Problem

Solution

Restore a backup of Sterling Control Center, then run configCC.sh.
