Error description
A customer has a graph in Workspace Advanced. A customer sets the y-axis range to custom bounds. When entering a report's numeric baseline value as NULL or a numeric value, the y-axis range is reset to start from 0. In Report Studio, using the customer's example report specification, if the output is HTML or PDF this error is seen. When the report is run as Excel-2007, this error is not seen. The customer is using workspace advanced and their output is limited to HTML.
