PI56414: NEW THRESHOLD PARAMETER TO STOP PROCESSING ARCHIVE LOGS IN GENERAL REPORT

Error description

• A new parameter is being introduced that will allow a 64 bit
  memory threshold to be set. Once this threshold is exceeded the
  processing of the archive logs will stop at a spot that will
  allow a clean shut down and restart of the archive log
  processing. A Detail Report is not allowed to be generated
  after the General Report executes with this parameter in
  effect. This processing must be in a continuous mode job.
  The parameter 'Continue after warnings' should be set to 'Y' as
  a warning will be issued if processing exceeds the threshold.
  It is recommended to use this with two phase processing instead
  of one phase processing.
