Problem
System timeout error message or System repeatedly keeps loading Console login page - in COM/SOM PCA 8.0
Symptom
System repeatedly keeps loading console login page when clicking on console link in other tasks of Sterling Call Center (COM/SOM PCA 8.0). User will see “System timeout” error message in the login screen and also page refreshes again and again with the same message.

Resolving The Problem
Please ensure the following properties are set.
1) Set LoginThroughBrowser=”TRUE” in locations.ycfg configuration file.
Example:
<Config Name="DEFAULT" Protocol = "http" BaseUrl = "hostname" PortNumber = "8000" ApiUrl = "/yantra/RcpServlet" CompressionEnabled="Y" LoginThroughBrowser="TRUE"></Config>
2) -Duseconsoleresources=Y Should be set in com.ini file
The most important one is, BaseUrl configured in locations.ycfg and External User Interface URL defined in Call center configuration should either be hostname or IP address of the server.
(Please note that the host name should be same at both the places. If it is IP address at one place, then at other place also IP address must be used. In case separate host names are given at the two places, then the console screen will go to infinite loop).
