DFHMQ0309 E CICS_Transaction Server Unable to CICS Region. connect using MQNAME WXYZ. MQCC=2 MQRC=2298. CSQM504I CSQMQMUP GROUPUR support enabled . When the queue-manager issues the IXCJOIN to set itself as active in the group, the XcfUData.groupUR bit gets set off. This happens just before the CSQ5001I message indicating that the queue-manager has connected to DB2). The bit is then set just after the CSQM504I message is issued, so there is a window between these two messages being issued in which the problem can occur. .
