Resolving The Problem
Trouble Shooting tips:-
During the data upgrade, resources folder is created which contains yfs.properties file. This yfs.properties has all the properties consolidated from old instance’s yfs.properties and new instance’s sandbox.cfg.

This issue occurs if pre migration step is not
followed (refer to Step 11 of Section: 2.8.1 Pre-Migration Preparation Tasks of
Upgrade guide).
When upgrading to Release 8.0, if the DB_SCHEMA_OWNER property
is not set in the <INSTALL_DIR>propertiessandbox.cfg file,
perform the following steps:
Set the DB_SCHEMA_OWNER property as your database schema owner.
Run the <INSTALL_DIR>binsetupfiles.cmd script if you are
using the Windows environment, or <INSTALL_
binsetupfiles.sh if you are using either Linux or
UNIX environment.
When upgrading to Release 8.0, if the DB_SCHEMA_OWNER property
is not set in the <INSTALL_DIR>propertiessandbox.cfg file,
perform the following steps:
Set the DB_SCHEMA_OWNER property as your database schema owner.
