As a result, when trying to observe TransactionScoped events trigged by CDI @Transactional with JPA, there are no events to observe.
Problem conclusion
The CDI extension was modified to fire the observers. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 9.0.5.1 and liberty 19.0.0.3 Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for delivery information: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=180&uid=swg27004980
