Resolving The Problem

Check the web service configuration and make sure that the web service SCCInteropService was created correctly, see below how to create the web service to use with SCC:

·          Log on to GIS Dashboard
·          From the Admin Menu, select Deployment ->Web Services -> Manager
·          Next to Create a Web Service Configuration, click Go!
·          Enter SCCInteropService as the name
It must be exactly named SCCInteropService.
·          Enter description in the description field
·          Click Next
·          Click Next on the SOAP Transport Bindings Page
·          Click Next on the Request Security Settings page.
·          Click Next on the Response Security Settings page
·          Click Next on the Assign Business Processes page
·          On Assign Service Instances page, select Sterling Control Center Service and move it to Selected list.
·          On Assign Consumers page, select the users who would be allowed to monitor GIS from Control Center.
                And Click Next
This is the User ID that you will specify in Control Center when you configure GIS as managed server.
·          Click Next on Reliability Settings page.
·          Click Next on the WS-I Basic profile 1.1 Conformance Settings page
·          On Attachment Settings page, select Output Attachment. And click Next.
·          On Confirm page, click Finish.
·          Once you click, the Web Service would be created.
·          On the Web Services Management page, search for the SCCInteropService and then view the WSDL definition and
look for a text similar to the following:
                <soap:address location="http://10.20.239.83:15640/soap?service=SCCInteropService" />
This will allow you to confirm the IP, port and web service name
