Error description

• When specifying a date/time range the product only provides
  specification down to the second. LRSN can be specified down to
  the microsecond. This APAR will provide tools to do conversion
  of timestamp to LRSN and LRSN to timestamp that will be
  accessible from the Utilities menu and "Generate Database
  Activity Report(General)" panel.
