Problem

CNCD022E Error connecting to server Error: Connection Exception! Unexpected IOException in CommunicationBuffer::Rece

Symptom

Error when using Sterling Control Center "Test Connection" button to test connection between SCC and a C:D zOS node

SCC was specifying mainframe password in lower case. This is not converted to upper case.

Resolving The Problem

Changed mainframe password specified by Sterling Control Center to upper case.  Test of Connection will now work.
