Problem

User sees ORA-904 database error after installing MCSF v8.5 HF3.

Symptom

This error is thrown when a user tries to create a new Organization from the Sterling Application Manager by hitting the '+' icon.

Resolving The Problem

In 8.5 HF3, the PLT_DB_COLONY table now has a new STATUS column added. The HF installation is incomplete and that is the reason this column is missing from PLT_DB_COLONY table.

Please rerun the HF installation and make sure that the STATUS column exists in the PLT_DB_COLONY table.
