Probable fix for CMGT_LOOKUP_CACHE_ENTRY_DOESNT_EXIST error
Symptom
Some times when you start the application server you receive many CMGT_LOOKUP_CACHE_ENTRY_DOESNT_EXIST errors. Due to this the lookup entries are not saved in the cache and hence cannot be retrieved during runtime.

Resolving The Problem
The probable root cause of this issue is due to stale entries in the temporary cache folder on the appliation server. For example in the case of Tomcat clear this folder: TOMCAT_HOME\work\Catalina\localhost\<AppName>
