OA52024: CDP CONFIGURATION TOOL INCORRECTLY SHOWS MESSAGE ABOUT OLD Z/OSMF API VERSION

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the CDP Configuration Tool is initializing, under certain
  circumstances the tool displays an error message about z/OSMF
  not having the prerequisite PTFs installed. Under certain
  circumstances, this error message is displayed even when the
  PTFs have actually been installed, preventing the user from
  creating CDP policies.

  The Configuration Tool is unable to process
  missing group names for directories or files.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Configuration Tool now handles group names that can
  have numeric values or blanks.
