Cause

Resolving The Problem

If you get this error "WinRPC: Program not Registered" when launching manifest client program then :
1) compare RPC number in manifest client registry setting with eglmnfst.cfg setting. this numbers should match
2) check the Server Host in manifest client registry , try pinging to this host ip.

3) check if port is being locked by RPCbind unix program, you may have to restart this daemon if its not responding.
