Cause

Resolving The Problem

The Overpack Required flag determines what pack attributes to use when determining cartonization, weight, and volume. If Overpack Required is set to 'Y' than the Factory Carton Attributes are used (setup in SKI Setup 09255). If Overpack Required is set to 'N' than the Pack Attributes are used (setup in SKU Setup 09255).

For Example:
Shipper 00000191 has two SKUs:
OP7500000100 ==> Quantity of 2 ==> Overpack Required flag set to N ==> Pack Weight = 23 ==> Pack Volume = 184.06
OP7500000200 ==> Quantity of 2 ==> Overpack Required flag set to Y ==> FC Weight = 5 ==> FC Volume = 24 ==> FC Units = 5

The total weight of the shipper = 48
The total cube of the shipper = 377

How the calculations were made...
Weight:
OP7500000100 ==> 2 * 23 = 46
OP7500000200 ==> (5 FC Weight)/(5 FC Units) * 2 (# of units on shipper) = 2
Total weight ==> 46 + 2 = 48

Volume:
OP7500000100 ==> 2 * 184.06 = 368
OP7500000200 ==> (24 FC Volume)/(5 FC Units) * 2 (# of units on shipper) = 9.6
Total volume ==> 368 + 9 = 377
