WH3606 PickInfo Cannot Be Canceled For Complete
Quantity
In a DC-DC Transfer Shipper with Pre Selected case ( LPN ) had
picks for less than LPN QTY.
Carton went into Short Picked status as the
Quantity on Carton_hdr was LPN QTY.
Second way this can occur is when
trying to untask a shipper, that had been picked and unpicked.
Cause
Resolving The Problem
This is a type of quantity mismatch.
Two things to look at is:
1)
for diferences in QTY in the carton_hdr and location_pend_pick
tables.
2) if using LPNs, check to see if all the LPNs for that shipper
that are in pick_info are also in location_pend_pick. the LPN may exist in the
pick_info but no longer exist in location_pend_pick. This can be caused from
having picked the shipper at one point and unpicking it back to a different
location that does not use LPNs.
