Problem
yfs_item / yfs_rules which lead time does yantra uses
Symptom
Lead Time can be set up in Item Details screen as well in Inventory Rules
screen. Which one has preference ?

Cause
Resolving The Problem
Item definition is not mandatory. If item is defined MECM will use
YFS_ITEM.LEAD_TIME for all inventory related calculations.
If Item is
NOT defined, lead time from Inventory Rules screen will be used.
