Problem

hotfix instructions : ycpapibundle.properties to be copied to webpages/yfscommon

Symptom

In 5.0sp1 hotfixes 5,6,7,8; we are asking people to copy ycpapibundle.properties to webpages/yfscommon.

This is not correct. We should ask them to copy to resources folder.
In fact, if people copy to webpages/yfscommon, their ant will fail as it will find two files with same name.

There may be more hotfix instructions out there with this same problem...

Resolving The Problem

Solution is to not copy to webpages/yfscommon, but to copy to resources
