Problem

Symptom
Large document exceeds inline viewing limit, which is currently set to 1024000
Bytes
A message appears in the UI:
Document size is XXXXXXXXX Bytes, it exceeds inline viewing limit, currently set to 1024000 Bytes Please click on the link to download the document:
Cause
A max default display size is set, for performance reasons, to 1000KB, in the
ui.properties (ui.properties.in)
Resolving The Problem
1. Browse to <install_dir>/properties (<install_dir>\si\properties on Windows) and locate the following in the ui.properties.in file:

# if the document
exceeds this size then UI will try to download
# the document instead of
displaying it
directly
####################################################################
maxDocDisplaySize = 1024000
2. Change the maxDocDisplaySize to a value greater than the size doc you are trying to view.
3. Stop Gentran Integration Suite
4. Run setupfiles.sh (or setupfiles.cmd for Windows)
5. Start Gentran Integration Suite
